To ensure a smooth return process, we have outlined the necessary steps below.

Eligibility: Please note that products can only be returned if they were purchased within the past 30 days. Moreover, there are no returns or exchanges on clearance items as they are all final sale. So please check our website’s clearance section to make sure that the product you purchased was not a clearance item. Additionally, if a discount code was used to purchase the product we unfortunately won't be able to process a return on them but will still be able to process exchanges on those orders.

Return Procedure: To initiate a return, simply send the product back to us using any shipping service of your choice, excluding UPS. We strive to provide a hassle-free experience, so there are no restocking fees or additional charges involved.

Tracking and Communication: For faster processing, we recommend keeping the return tracking number handy. Once you notice that the package has been received by our warehouse, kindly email us to notify our team. We handle a large volume of shipments, so your proactive communication will help avoid any delays in processing.

Refund Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will promptly issue a complete refund. Typically, the inspection process takes only one day. If you made your purchase through PayPal, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. For orders placed using a credit card through Stripe, the refund is generally processed within the same business day, although Stripe's standard timeframe indicates 5-7 business days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
