Our twister style helmet can be worn both ways. Our half helmets are some of the smallest and lightest available weighing in at just 1 pound (0.5 kg)! No more sore tired neck or "mushroom head" look.

    Please measure around your head to determine the correct size of helmet. Take a tape measure and measure from your brow, to the top of your ears, then around your head. If your measurements are between two sizes we recommend ordering the smaller size. All of our helmets should fit quite snug when they are brand new but will quickly mold to the shape of your head.

    Ordered a Second One

    After buying one in matte at a local retailer and wearing it tens of thousands of miles, I bought a new one in gloss to match my new bike. Pros: relatively low profile, light weight, stable at speed, comfortable enough for all day wear across state lines, polo-style visor is effective at blocking the sun, fits (barely) in narrow saddlebags like the FLD's. Cons: matte finish can rub off when scraped against the walls of narrow saddlebags like the FLD's, metal chinstrap buckle can rust from sweat, buckle pull tab can vibrate hard enough from wind over 100mph to release the buckle (I cut mine off the new one, but if you don't run triple digits for long stretches you'll be fine). Will purchase again if needed for me, or as a gift.
