WCL Armoured Kevlar Lined Motorcycle Riding Hoodie w/t CE Level 1 Armor- Grey

I wanted to like this jacket. It is comfortable, made of thick fleece, and the body fits true to size.

Unfortunately, the sleeves are extremely baggy, causing the protective armor to slide around instead of staying securely positioned. I also expected more armor and lining. For a motorcycle jacket, this was enough reason for me to return it.

The company’s service made matters worse. I ordered on August 11, but the order took five days to process and arrived on August 26. Customer service never responded to my emails, including my request to confirm the return address.
The return process is also cumbersome, like very 2007, requiring me to ship the jacket myself with my order confirmation and a written explanation, then wait for acknowledgment. Given the lack of communication, I have little confidence in the process.
Although the jacket is thick, comfortable, and well-fitting through the body, the sleeve issue and poor customer service mean I would not purchase from this company again.

Loved it

This is a Xmas gift for my grandson and I think he will be pleased.The quality looks good and shipping was fast.
If he puts his stamp of approval on it , I am sure the rest of the family (all riders) will be asking for one as well.
