Nice hoodie, customer support won't reply

This is a nice hoodie for the price. I normally wear a large, but wanted a little extra room and glad I got the XL. I'm taking a star off because of two things: 1) care instructions are not included and 2) no one at WCL will reply to my multiple contacts about how to properly wash/dry it. The Care Instructions on the website as of today are totally blank and the garment itself does not have details on proper care. Am I supposed to guess?

Nice Hoodie

The hoodie didn’t come with Armored Kevlar but it is heavy and thick, luckily I have plenty of jackets with armor that can be used.

Great hoodie

This hoodie fits great, long arms to prevent Frankenstein sleeves…. I’m 225 and 6’3” I have the xl grey and xxl black, both fit good obviously the xxl one is slightly looser
