Q. How can I reach the Whole Sale Department of WCL Helmet?
A. If you wish to speak to a member of our wholesale department please call 403-618-4403. Our hours of operation are 10:00am - 6:00pm PDT.
Q. What payment methods can I use to purchase a product?
A. We take MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple pay, PayPal and others as method of payment and your account only gets billed once for the price of the product. All purchases are protected by Stripe and PayPal. We do not charge tax or shipping to our customers within North America.
Q. Which shipping company is used to ship the helmet?
A. Our helmets are shipped through FedEx Express and Canada Post. All international orders are fulfilled through these 2 companies and we use the best service possible. Customers also have the ability to select a rushed shipping service in which we use the priority service to get the product to the customer in 3 business days.
Q. How long does it take to ship the helmet?
A. Once the order is placed, it takes 24 hours for it to be picked up by FedEx Express and Canada Post.
Q. When will I receive my helmet?
A. Once the helmet is shipped, it will take 1-5 business days for it to be delivered.
Q. Does WCL Helmet offer a product warranty?
A. Yes, We offer our customers a one year warranty. So, if your helmet has any production malfunction please send us a picture of the helmet and your order number and we will be happy to send you a new one for free.
Q. How can I return a helmet?
A. If you wish to return a helmet, simply send us back the helmet with your order number and the reason why you’re returning the helmet. Once we receive the helmet we will issue a refund. You are free to use any shipping company other than Ups.
Q. How can I exchange a helmet?
A. If you wish to exchange a helmet, send us back the helmet with your order number and the helmet you wish to exchange it with. Once we receive the helmet we will send you a new helmet. You are free to use any shipping company other than Ups.
